- Applications – iOS Driver app, iOS Customer app, Android Driver app, Android Customer app.
- Account – A unique account created for you to access our Service.

- Customer – A person who signs up to use the Company Service.
- Device – Any device that can access the Service (computer, cell phone, tablet).
- IP Address – A number assigned to each device connected to the Internet, often used to identify approximate location.

- Service – The Website and Applications.
- Service Provider – Any third party that processes data on behalf of the Company.

2.1 Personal Data
We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information including:

- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
2.2 Location Data New
Location Access Disclosure Our applications access your device's precise and/or approximate
location data while you use the Service. This applies to both Driver and Customer apps. Location data is used for the following purposes:
- Matching customers with nearby drivers
- Tracking trip progress and navigation
- Verifying driver arrival at designated pickup locations
- Calculating trip distance and fares
- Improving service coverage and operational efficiency
Location data is collected while the app is in use. We do not collect location data in the background beyond what is necessary to complete an active trip. You can manage location permissions at any time through your device settings; however, disabling location access will limit the functionality of the Service.
2.3 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically and may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data.
2.4 Tracking Technologies & Cookies
We use Cookies, web beacons, tags, and scripts to track activity on our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies, but some parts of our Service may not function properly without them. Web beacons in emails allow us to count users who opened an email and gather related website statistics.

5. Payment Data – Apple Pay
If you choose to top up your wallet using Apple Pay, we collect and process information required to facilitate the transaction (e.g., Apple Pay account details and amount). This data is securely transmitted per Apple's privacy and security standards. We do not store your payment information or share it with unauthorised third parties. All transactions are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security, functionality improvements, or legal compliance.
7. Deletion of Your Personal Data
- Your personal data may be deleted upon request.
- We respond to deletion and transfer requests submitted by email within one month and specify the applicable timelines.
8. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents your agreement to such transfer. We take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely.

The Company may disclose your Personal Data in good faith where necessary to:

10. Driver & Customer Compensation Policy
Cancelled Trip Compensation
- Drivers are eligible for compensation only if they have reached the designated pickup location.
- Maximum compensation: 5 SAR per cancelled trip.
- To request compensation, contact technical support: 920009771.
- Compensation claims for trips exceeding 24 working hours will not be considered.
- Maximum 4 non-payment compensations per month, capped at 200 SAR total.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold compensation after investigation.
Wallet Transfers
- Drivers may initiate wallet transfers at any time; a daily instant transfer subscription is available.
- Transfer fee: 5 SAR per transaction.
- Profits are disbursed when the wallet balance is 200 SAR or more, upon request via the unified number.
- Incorrect top-up refunds are subject to gateway fees (3.8% Visa/Mastercard or 1.5% Mada) plus transfer and operational fees. Refund amounts range from 50–200 SAR, not exceeding 5,000 SAR. Timeline: 1–3 weeks via bank account or STCPAY.
- Customers cannot withdraw amounts from their wallet.
Incentives & Offers
Rewards are disbursed within 3 working days after a campaign. Drivers forfeit rewards if they commit misuse on offer days (e.g., premature trip start/end, ignoring or rejecting requests, customer complaints).
Abuse & Penalty Fees
By registering, you agree that the Company may apply special and general terms regarding fees for abuse or misconduct toward customers, subject to internal regulations.
11. Safety Regulations
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Transporting passengers between cities is strictly forbidden.
- Use of a seat belt is mandatory.
- Do not share your personal data; captains receive required information through the app only.
- Passengers do not bear any traffic violations or tickets.
12. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of such sites. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
